Covid Vaccination Service
SDHC GP Federation has played a crucial role in delivering the COVID-19 vaccination programme in East Sussex. Since December 2020, SDHC have coordinated and provided dedicated support to ensure the successful delivery of the vaccination programme for residents in East Sussex.
Autumn 2026 COVID-19 vaccinations: Bookings now open!
COVID-19 can be serious for people at higher risk. Vaccination helps reduce your risk of becoming seriously unwell or needing hospital treatment and tops up your protection ahead of winter.
Who is eligible?
The autumn COVID-19 vaccination is available to:
- adults aged 75 and over, including those who will turn 75 by 31 January 2027
- people aged six months and over who have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment
The NHS booking service will help you check whether you are eligible before you book, and you will be required to confirm your eligibility during the booking process.
Eligibility is based on the national guidance in place at the time of vaccination and may be subject to change. Having received a COVID-19 vaccination during a previous programme does not necessarily mean that you will be eligible this autumn. Eligibility will also be checked when you attend your appointment.

Appointments are now available through the NHS National Booking Service. We strongly recommend making an appointment in advance.
To find one of our clinics, search using the postcode for the venue you would like to attend. The booking service displays the providers nearest to the postcode entered, so your results may also include other local providers, such as community pharmacies. Please select the SDHC clinic at your preferred venue from the available results.
