Supporting our Member Practices
SDHC is formed by a collaborative effort of skilled General Practitioners who are committed to delivering outstanding healthcare services to the communities of Eastbourne, Hailsham, Seaford, Bexhill, Lewes and High Weald in East Sussex.
Our primary objective is to improve the healthcare experience of our patients by providing a wide range of excellent GP services.
We strongly believe in upholding the core values of community-focused family practices, whilst also prioritising convenience and accessibility for all individuals in need of care.
Our services are specifically designed to support member practices in order to ensure that the patients receive the best possible service. Engagement with our members is a central activity for SDHC, as it allows us to understand their successes, challenges, needs, and wants. This includes the Extended Access Services, Vaccination Service, and Care Home Service, amongst others, ensuring that we address the diverse healthcare needs of our community.
We will continually strive to support better health and wellbeing in East Sussex.
