Dr Nick Harvey is an NHS and private General Practitioner practicing in Eastbourne since 2011. He qualified from Southampton University in 2003, undertook surgical training, obtaining the diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2007 and then General Practice Training, obtaining the diploma of Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2011. Dr Harvey also holds diplomas in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Medical Education & Public Health and Digital Health Leadership.
He believes strongly in providing holistic care with continuity through all aspects of family medicine. Areas of specialty focus in his GP training included Elderly Medicine, Child & Adolescent Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Dermatology and Psychiatry. He trains doctors to become GPs and has continued his surgical interests and performs minor surgery and joint injections. He has worked as an NHS GP Partner since 2011, co-founded SDHC in 2016 and acted as CEO since 2022.
Dr Harvey lives in Eastbourne with his wife and 4 children. When he has spare time, he enjoys keeping active in the outdoors, having enjoyed treks as a medic to Everest Base Camp, the summit of Kilimanjaro, and Machu Picchu. His biggest sporting accomplishment was completing his first Iron Man in Eastbourne in 2022.
Nick is a GP partner at Park Practice and unfortunately is unable to see patients who are registered at this practice.
