Dr Paul Frisby

Paul provides guidance and direction to the Board members. This includes taking responsibility for the Board's composition and development, ensuring that they have the necessary information, planning and conducting effective Board meetings, and getting all directors involved in the Board's work. Paul is responsible for ensuring that the Board focuses on its key tasks, engaging them in assessing and improving their performance, overseeing the induction and development of directors, and supporting the chief executive officer.
