Fiona Collins

Fiona joined us in July 2022 having previously run independent clinical services for 25 years, both for private patients and the NHS.

Fiona has overall responsibility for overseeing and optimising the internal processes and clinical services within SDHC. She is accountable for ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource allocation to achieve business and service objectives. This includes managing teams, streamlining workflows, implementing strategic plans, and monitoring performance metrics. Playing a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality services.
