Arrival Time Expectations

Patients are expected to arrive on time for appointments. Arrival 10 minutes or more after the scheduled time constitutes a missed appointment. If you're running late, please call us on 01323 402550. We will try to do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.

In specific cases, changing face-to-face appointments to telephone appointments may be suggested if appropriate.

Parking Information

Free parking is available on Denton Road, although spaces may be limited during busy periods. Additional parking is typically available nearby on Gaudick Road, as well as within a five-minute walk on Carlisle Road or Upper Carlisle Road. Disabled parking is available on site in the marked bays.

Upon arrival at the site, please enter through the main entrance located beneath the "Hillbrow" sign. The SDHC Clinical Suite is situated within the building, and clear directional signage will guide you to the SDHC reception desk, where you can check in for your appointment.
