In specific cases, changing face-to-face appointments to telephone appointments may be suggested if appropriate.

Please be aware that nearby railway crossings may lead to significant delays, so please ensure that you leave enough time to get to us for your appointment. Additionally, factor in additional time due to adverse weather and flooded roads, which can cause potential travel disruptions.
