Patient Feedback 'You Said, We Did'

Your feedback is extremely important to us. SDHC review all feedback received each month to review themes.

For example, some patients attending our vaccination centre in Hampden Park said it was too far from their home - so we organised pop up clinics in Seaford, Bexhill and Hailsham. Some reported that it was difficult for some elderly people to use the National vaccination booking system to book their booster. We therefore set up a manned telephone line, so that they could call for advice and to book.
